Important Physical Dates for 2025-2026

Winter	Girls' Basketball Boys' Basketball Wrestling	October 31st
Spring	Softball Baseball Girls' Soccer Boys' & Girls' Track Boys' & Girls' Lax	February 20th
To ensure your child may tryout / participate in sports please have their completed DIAA physical turned into the nurse by the above dates.  Physicals received after this date will be process in the order in which it is received as time permits, but participation in tryouts / participation may be delayed.

If your child received a physical this past school year (2024-2025) please check with their provider about completing the 2025-2026 DIAA physical now.  On page 4 the provider will put the actual date of the Exam followed by the date of clearance.  As long as the physical has been within one year of the clearance date it will be valid for the 25-26 school year.

How to turn in DIAA Sports Physical to school - (Click here for forms)
There are three ways to turn in your sports physical to the nurse.	Drop off at school
	Fax to the school (Fax# 302-436-1018)

Remember - Physicals must be turn in by August 15th for Fall Season
